Shared Phone Numbers
A unique feature offering you an option to share a single phone number on multiple lines. This is ideal for retailers, restaurants and grocery shops. Pick an incoming call on any line without need of call transfer. Shared Phone number is implemented without any technical hassle by just few clicks!
Only Possible with Cloud PBX, Hunt Grouping Feature will let you have a call ring at one phone line at the caller front but at your end the call will get distributed to multiple lines based on a particular process of algorithm to determine which line will receive which call.
Simultaneous Ringing is advanced feature of cloud based telephony. It is a variation of basic call forwarding feature. Have a call ring at multiple users’ phones at the same time. The most common configuration is to set simultaneous ring on a user’s multiple device.
Yet another advanced variation of call forwarding, sequential ring will ring a call at first destination and if unanswered, it will route the call to another, then another until the call is answered. The most common configuration is having a call ring at desk phone, personal phone, home phone and then voicemail.
Anonymous Call Rejection
Do not want to attend a call from an anonymous number? Simply configure you call settings to reject calls from numbers that have blocked their caller ID information. Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR) is by default included in landline caller ID and can be activated at option.

MISSED CALL/MESSAGE ALERTS
Configure your settings such that you always are notified by email for all voice messages and faxes received and sent. Customize the settings to add on multiple email accounts for notifications and set a ringtone of your choice.

Customize 800Comms account setting to save inbound and outbound call recording by default in HD quality for individuals and departments to playback later at their own convenience. BARGE IN EXEMPT
An advanced variation of Call Pickup feature, Barge in Exempt lets you answer a call that has already been answered and create a three way conference calling. It is especially useful where a supervisor has to intervene or generally handy in call centers.
